Kids and Cartoons...

Dont you ever miss like the old cartoons? like the ones that we watched when we were like six? well today mrs valle you know had us read that edgar allen poe thing and i remembered i watched an episode about him on.time squad haha. he was all like happy and then the time squad made him remember how dark the world is. so cartoons are educational. fo real. then i wne ton youtube to try to search the episode-but i coudnt find it-and i came across a tribute to like all the old shows on cartoon network. not like old old like popeye but like old like power puff girls or something. then you know how like cartoon networkd all changed like now its the cn or something and its got like all gay shows like johnny test flapjack chowder 6teen total drama island i mean holy crap these cartoons blow, you know? i mean i am 14 but i still like cartoons. i just feel sad that like all the cartoons i grew up with are like...gone it sucks and it makes me feel weird like its proof were really growing up and we cant go back. were not kids anymore. that period of our life is over. were going to high school next year! i think the grass is much greener on the other side you know. we all wanna grow up when were kids and cant wait till were in high school and college and then we get there and we think "oh i wanna be a kid again" its kind of depressing. so i gues the best thing to do is just live your life as it is and be happy for what you got. but its still kind of hard and we wanna grow up so fast. my sister is in freakin sixth grade and she texts non stop and they all like give each other hugs and stuff and like try to be older you know? theyre soooo dumb by the way. man the whole idea of growing is kind of like killer and like horrible. i dont really wanna think about it. :/ oh well

man i miss the cartoon cartoon fridays or whatever. fridays were the best. i like looked forward to it all week just to see like a new episode

man it was good to be a kid i like really wish i was one-leavin at 8:40 everyday watching rurouni kenshin when i got home remembering when disney was all cartoons...it was the good life and thats just tv you know? i m not saying i was like a lazy kid who watched tv all day. my culdesac held little elections like every month to see who would be the president and wed play wiffle ball and get in little wars and draw cities out of chalk with our own houses on our driveways...i really miss it
